Terms and Conditions:

  1. Payment by EFT is due on registration.  All delegates are directly responsible for their own registration payment.
  2. No Purchase Order’s will be accepted. Payment will need to be claimed directly from your institution.
  3. Payment Responsibility for Subsidised Delegates. Delegates whose attendance is subsidised by their institution are required to make payment on registration directly to the organisers. It is the responsibility of the delegate to claim reimbursement from their institution. SASO and Scatterlings will engage solely with individual delegates regarding registration and payment matters and will not enter into direct financial arrangements with institution
  4. Attendance at SASO 2026 Congress will only be confirmed on receipt of payment.
  5. Please ensure that all payments make clear reference to the delegate being paid for; NAME, SURNAME AND THE INVOICE NUMBER (indicated in the top right corner of the invoice). Failure to do so could result in your payment not being identified in the bank account and therefore not being receipted.
  6. Early Bird Registration closes on 31 July 2026, thereafter the standard registration rate will apply.
  7. An invoice with the Congress bank details will be emailed to you on submission of the registration form.
  8. Receipts will only be issued once the payment has cleared and been identified in the bank account.

  10. All payments must be made payable to SASO.
  11. Registrations are transferable to delegates who have not yet registered.

 

Cancellation of Registrations

  1. On completion of this application, you will be liable for the full amount of the registration fees subject to the cancellation conditions below.
  2. All cancellations must be received in writing by the Registration Manager – carli@soafrica.com
  3. Cancellations received on or before 31 July 2026 will receive a 50% refund.
  4. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 31 July 2026.
  5. Any registrations received after 31 July 2026 will not be entitled to any refund or credit, and such person will be liable for the full registration fee.
  6. All refunds will be processed after the Congress
